The rates were 58 %, 55 %, 65 % respectively. The sensitivty of office hysteroscopy was found 89,7 %, spesificity was 80,9 %, positive predictive value (PPV) was 75,4%, negative predictive value (NPV) was 92,3 %. In uterin leiomyomas the sensitiviy, spesificity, PPV and NPVs of office hysteroscopy were found 94,1 %, 96,5 %, 88,8 %, 98,2 % respectively. Conclusion: Transvaginal ultrasonography and Office hysteroscopy combination is effective diagnostic method in intrauterin pathologies. Consequently we consider that hsteroscopy is gold standart method.
